Florence Patrie, silver jewelry designer

Her jewels are made one by one in the workshop. Unique pieces or in small series, with poetic and minimalist lines, inspired by plants or nature.

The techniques used by Florence come from traditional jewelry. She works directly from planes and solid silver threads that she saws with a bocfil according to the desired shapes. Then come the stages of welding, filing, grinding, sometimes crimping and polishing. Without forgetting the decorations which can range from hammering to pierced (technique consisting in developing a pattern by incising the metal with a saw).
